Sam was waiting at the bar down the street from the hospital Allison was working at. It wasn't late, but because of the time change it was already dark. He stood there under the awning, hands in his pockets and just waited.

Hoping that she showed up. Otherwise he would feel a bit like a fool. And Dean would totally make fun of him when he got back if she didn't show up. In fact, he was pretty sure the Impala would be parked across the street some time in the next hour with his brother watching with binoculars.

And of course, if he decided to have fun, then Dean would come in and find a way to embarrass his little brother.

God he hoped that wasn't going to happen.

"I'm not saying it's a totally bad choice, just not one I would pick."

She took a bite out of her burger, and sighed with content, it was delicious as usual.

"Then I guess that means we won't be going to taco bell anytime soon?" He chuckled.

"Oh I love Taco Bell, don't get me wrong, just I don't favor Burritos." She reassured him, she just didn't eat fast food that much.

"It's not like I eat them all the time. in fact, it's usually burgers because that's Dean's and he tends to not think outside the Jack in the Box."

"Dean seems like a real character, I hope to meet him one day."

"Hang around me long enough, you probably will. he's like a bad case of the flu that just never goes away."

"Maybe that is something I can cure?" She winked at him and took another bite of her burger.

Once she was done chewing she said "So..another question?"

Sam bit his lip. He was a good boy... trying really hard to be a good boy here...

"Alright. What is your dream date?"
