Sam was waiting at the bar down the street from the hospital Allison was working at. It wasn't late, but because of the time change it was already dark. He stood there under the awning, hands in his pockets and just waited.

Hoping that she showed up. Otherwise he would feel a bit like a fool. And Dean would totally make fun of him when he got back if she didn't show up. In fact, he was pretty sure the Impala would be parked across the street some time in the next hour with his brother watching with binoculars.

And of course, if he decided to have fun, then Dean would come in and find a way to embarrass his little brother.

God he hoped that wasn't going to happen.

She thanked Sam for getting her yet another drink, he didn't need to, but she wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth.

"Well that does sound like your brother, from what you have told me anyway."

"Yeah, pretty much. I might need you to direct me to a reasonable motel within walking distance when you need to get going."

"Alright." He rubbed his jaw thoughtfully. "Favorite season?"

She really had to think about this one, it was between 3 and 5.

"I would have to say...probably 3rd season, a lot of stuff happened that season, and I actually got to watch more of that one than any of the others."
