OOC: The normal post-finale status statement

So, Sam's dead. :(

The whole last 15 seconds of the street lamp flicking and Sam standing under it? I'm not touching. Sorry. Not until I get canon confirmation on what that is all about, I will not go there.

So what does that mean?

As of now, Sam is dead in any canon type verses. This includes:

Revenge is Supernatural
Hunted: going AU from season ender
Langchester
One Big Family Roadtrip (Twin!Verse)
All the Wasted Time

as well as Hunter and the Princess, even if it is currently inactive. There will be no posting or replying to threads in any SWS or Just post it community in canon voice. Any prompts will be written from a post-death voice or AU verse.

And since Sam is a sentimental sap, before he drank the demon blood, he dropped letters in the mail. So in the coming days Lana will get a letter in the mail. Faith will too because Sam somehow tracked her and knows where she's currently staying (go with me here). Change of plan: the respective Deans will be delivering Sam's letters to Faith and Lana.

Kat, Dean(s) and Bobby will have letters in their respective homes/glove boxes. Obviously don't read them until you are caught up in canon.

There will also be a letter for Anna that will be left with Dean in case she ever gets her memories back, but obviously for his brother to deliver when/if ever possible.

As for me? There is a reason why Sam has almost 30 AU's LOL! Hiatus' suck. And this hiatus I've already written with iluvroadrunner6 in the Grey Picket Fence Verse. Don't be surprised if a few more don't pop up because they always do during the summer.

And I've had a demon!Sam for a few years - cute little bugger he is. I will probably get my demon frustrations out in that verse since we've been plotting for a year to change him a bit in there anyway.

Plus, if Sam gets loud and demands to stretch his wings, this will always change.

In the meantime? I have a Lisa hisgumbygirl and a Ben mini_dean who are willing to comfort any of the Deans Sam plays with if they so need one for their canon worlds.

If SPN doesn't air until January as a mid-season show, I think I will cry. But yeah. That is all for now. More later after digesting.

God, I know how Dean!muns felt post season 3 now...

I think if he's going to go have this apple pie life, he wants the whole illusion. No demons, no spirits, no vamps ... nothing.
