Oops. Dean is just way too amused. Also, it's just like John to make sure they're riding together so they can work it out.

My guess is that eventually Sammy will nap, and will wake up without recalling the whole thing at first and start singing along whatever Dean's singing, and then when he remembers/sees himself/registers the smell, will feel even more irked...
