Sam watched his son look around at his first snowfall in Central Park and couldn't help but smile at his innocence and wonder of it all.

The homeless man outside of Boston Market that Christmas night was going to sleep with a full stomach as Sam made sure he got an extra pot pie with his order that he then proceeded to give the man with a smile.

Watching Dean and Lisa's children open presents under the tree reminded Samael that this was his family and that they loved him even with who he was now, and that made the future seem just a bit brighter.
