Lana smiled at him before walking back into her bedroom. She peeled off the blood-stained shirt and tossed it into the bathroom sink with some cold water and salt, something that was always available no matter which room she was in.

Her first instinct was to replace the original shirt with a new one, but then she paused and instead slipped out of her slacks and sandals and slip on some black open-toed heels. She pulled on a silky purple robe as a finishing touch and did a quick mirror check before making her way back to Sam.
