Oh, God. Old? Dean's stopped counting and Michael would get him something stupid and joke-like.

Demon!Sam would get CAKE. A big one. And Wayward would also get cake, but it wouldn't be nearly as important.

I think Fences would mostly consist of him showing up at the mission with a beer. Just to kind of let Sam know that he hadn't forgotten about him.
