Ruby:
There's a knock on her motel door. Room Service with a tray and a note. Under the tray cover is a note scribbled on stationary from the hotel, and this:

Ruby - I would have done the whole chocolate flower thing, but I figured you'd kick my ass. So stick with what works, right?

Bela:
The box and note are left in the bathroom while Sam is sleeping. He wanted her to find it without him having to give it to her. Avoiding any awkwardness and all.

Bela - I know you might feel like you're stuck with me now after everything that has happened, but I promise I'm going to do my best by you. And not just for you, but for our child. I just hope I can do better than my father.

I don't know what's going on between us, but I like it. And I want to see where this is going to take us. ~~And I think I might be falling in love with you~~

I know you have the ability to get anything you want, so i hope you don't find my attempt at a Valentine's Day present pathetic. But I think you might like it, and it should help protect you as well.

Beth:
The note is on the kitchen table by the coffee pot that doesn't have anything made in it. Sam had gotten out of bed 15 minutes ago to make some, and never returned. When she goes out to find him, she finds a note with a single rose.

Beth -

I've made all the reservations at that B&B down in Annapolis you love so much. You, Me, three days off and nothing to do but whatever our imaginations come up with. Couldn't think of a better way to spend our Valentine's day together.

I've got your suitcase downstairs with me. Just get dressed and come to the car. Otherwise I may just have to start without you.

Madison:

He took the time while Madison was still asleep to set it all up. Flowers, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. He left them in the bay windows of her apartment while he went to go take a quick shower - he had only gotten back an hour ago. Dean was off to find his own place for the weekend while Sam spent his valentine's day in San Francisco.

There was a note on the table which Madison would find in hastily scribbled words. Happy Valentine's Day, Maddy. I promised you I wouldn't miss it. See you in a few minutes and we can figure out what to have for breakfast. - Love, Sam.

Nellie:

Delivered to her door with a note: Dear Nellie - Happy Valentine's Day. Sorry I'm not in town to give this to you in person, but I wanted you to know I was thinking of you. Hopefully I will be back in town soon. - Love, Sam

Allison:

Delivered to the hospital because Sam couldn't remember her address. There is a short note: Allison - I saw this and thought it would make you smile. Sorry I can't be there this weekend, but I will try to get back into town real soon. Have a happy Valentine's Day. - Love, Sam.

Lana:

Delivered to her home along with a hallmark card that opens and plays a silly song. Lana - It's been wonderful getting to know you, and I am looking forward to seeing where this might go. I would have sent champagne, but that would lead to you apologizing later for more drunken voicemails. And while you sound cute in them, I don't think I need to give you the ammunition.

No note left. Just left on top of Dean's duffle bag while Sam goes out to get coffee. Whether it's a gift for being his brother and Sam loves him ~~not like that you wincest freaks~~ or an apology for being a bad little brother, or that it was on sale at Target while Sam was shopping and he grabbed it as an afterthought... will never be known.

ooc: also note that gifts for Jess and Mom are left out because in all canons they are deceased, but he had sent flowers to both their gravesites. Jess' is from him, and he signed Dean's name as well on the one for Mom.

Sarah definitely loved the present. Sam's taste was ever wonderful, even if it had seemed a little unusual to her at the very beginning. Since she had no clue where to send anything, she just texted him.

The kisses are wonderful, and they would have been returned in truth, had they happened. Stay safe, and I miss you too.

He looked at the text and smiled.

Glad to see they arrived safely. I hope they aren't going to make some other guy jealous and demanding to know who I am.

Sarah chuckled at the text, then totally honestly replied.

She was working in the clinic when a nurse had said a package came in for her, she smiled asked what it was. But instead of answering they put a basket with a frog, metal tin of chocolates she assumed, and a rose, attached was a note. She smiled. She had already picked out his gift. She just had to send it.

When she was on break she sent him a text saying: Thank you Sam. Hopefully you like yours just as much.

Sam hadn't received anything yet, but he would be on the lookout. The blizzard in Nebraska will have the Winchesters stuck there for a few days while working on their case.

I'm glad you got it. I hope it didn't embarrass you at all. I thought it was cute.

Do you want me to send it? Or wait until you come back? I'm sure that Dean would be jealous of your gifts though. *smug grin* Also it was not embarrassing at all, I loved it. *kiss*

NO, it does. but it means something else because he probably had to have room service deliver the flowers so he didn't have to go near the room :)

Madison awoke about a half hour after Sam had set everything up and wandered into her kitchen to start the coffee. She was still a bit sleepy and rubbing at her eyes when she noticed the setup at the windows.

She went over to it and looked through everything, leaning in to smell the flowers and picking up the bottle of champagne to see what kind he'd gotten, the stunned expression never leaving her face. Then she saw the note and picked it up to read it, and her features softened into a smile.

He came out a few minutes later, rubbing his hair with a towel, barefoot and only in his jeans. Seeing her smile like that let him know that despite Dean's harassing about being a romantic, it had been well worth it.

"Happy Valentine's Day," he said from the doorway.

She turned and grinned at him, bounding over to him and hugging him tight.

"How'd you do all this? This is amazing."

He smiled, hugging her back. "What can i say? I'm a romantic at heart sometimes."

"That seems like a bit of an understatement," she said, standing on her toes and stretching up a bit to kiss him.

After a moment (or two, or three), she pulled away, the smile still on her face. "So, what did you want for breakfast?"
