Sam stood in the doorway, watching as a few of the medics came in. He explained the situation, and they were careful, trying to figure out just how "alive" and "corperal" Dean was.

He also pulled out his cell phone to send a text to Michael. If his son was in the building, he might want to come down and see Dean. He wasn't sure, but it would be best to give him the option.
